Its not possible, if your not comfortable with using SSH you can use bigdump which is very effective.

I tried big dump it didnt work but i may have just figured it out.

Even though its fixed ... I sugest you to use mysqldumper for importing and doing backups of ur DB

bypass phpmyadmin upload limit:
-. do not upload the full database once (if its beyond limit).
-. export your previous database table wise so that you have separate sql files to upload, which bypasses the upload limit.
-. as advised above you can use bigdump/mysqldumper
