It's been mentioned in this topic several times that we're working on it. It's taking much longer than excepted, which we are sorry for - but it will be added.

We've added today variable thumbnail size (feature requested by several of you) to local and remote upload. Flash upload needs some more work to work with this, so it's gonna be added later.
