So I can create Eshop card (VCC Card).

My question is after adding my Eshop card in paypal. Can I use my paypal balance to buy stuff online.

Or will it charge my Eshop card

Yeah u can use a vcc to get verified but its not safe, coz if they ask u for more documents u may get screwed up....no u cant buy anything using ur paypal balance...anything u buy will be charged to ur eshop card and plus the currency conversion charges will be there.

Well, You cannot use your VCC more than once.
Once you add the card to your paypal and verify it, the card becomes invalid and you cannot use it any longer.
