You have a lot of images in your style, so try not to use so many images.
You can remove:
- Post icons ( http://www.nicexporn.com/Themes/nice...s/post/fs1.gif )
- Use small logo ( http://www.torkarmarin.com/plugins/e...img/nilogo.jpg )
- Remove "Top 10 Board"
Your site will be way faster after that!

Hmm I was going to suggest you to minimize your javascript and css code, and use sprites, but that's not the problem.
I think the issue is somewhere on the sql part. Once happened something similar to my tracker and I figured out the problem was that there were some rows out of order on a table. Like the ID started on 1 on the first row, the second was a 5 and the third a 2.
I fixed that and everything went back to normal.
Can you tell us the exact sql loading time? That would confirm where the problem is.

optimize the images..
if u do these things, ur site will load faster.(20 - 30%)

ahomeporn.comHey Devilboy, smushit is awesome thing. I used it. But, I think I don't need compress css or js files. Because they are 5-10 kb! Very law size.. Can't we compress the php files instead of css? Php files are very big size from css!

vbulletin.orgU need to use seperate subdomain for serving static contents like images, css..
why u need to use ?
Ans - A modern browser can request 4 - 6 object from server at a time, but if u have sub-domain, then browser can request files from both main domain and subdomain at same time.
