It must be a case of doing wrong setting in a program. Which program are you using ?

Even hotfile / oron is unbanned in our servers, so Filesonic ban is out of the question

Well, time to write some feedback for this product. I am satisfied with the speed of PC, RAR archiving, download speeds are sometimes very good but its too bad that they are starting to be more often lower than higher, since yesterday I get only 350-500kb/s download speed, upload speed is also fine.
