I have to chime in.

1) Google is not stupid. If your method is blackhat, and it is blackhat, Google will figure it out and Google will ban you and Google will confiscate your earning. Your $700 will have been in vain, and you will cry scam.

2) When a method is blackhat, you can never guarantee earnings. Essentially, you can never guarantee earnings in any method, blackhat or otherwise.

3) Which leads us to the fact that you're charging a ridiculously high price because you intend to scam, eventually.

4) If you did not, you would have simply scaled your own method to 'fund the purchase of a very very large site' that you want to buy.
