I used the same theme on another site.
ACP -> Look & Feel -> Edit template html
And then its either somewhere in Global HTML or Board Index.
You'll have to do a little bit of searching trough the template bits to find that text. If you found it and don't know how to remove it post its html here and I'll remove it.

Its not. This skin is not that good HTML wise, they put the text right into the template.

you have to edit ACP -> Look & Feel -> Edit template html ->Board Index -> Overall Header or like this
