hi, i have rapidleech host account with this configuration:
20 GB HDD
Unmetered BW
cPanel & FTP
100 Mbps Port
RAR/UNRAR Support

The download speed is always beetween 35 kbps and 50 kbps. Is normal?

Fileserve premium account.

I think fileserve fucks. I've gained the same experiences with fileserve.

where is your server located at?

It depends on where is server located at, if its still slow. Try to change filehost..

Doesnt matter where is it located but yeh, my home connection is based on 2mbps line & I`m getting 60 kbps static.

Ask your service provider for the same.

Use US server and you will see the download speed.

It doesn't matter if the server is located in USA, Netherlands, Germany, or any other location. You're always going to see slow speeds with fileserve or any other file hosting provider half of the slow speeds are normally caused by network issue at the file hosting provider mostly this all depends on how the network at the file provider responds to the network at your rapidleech provider servers or your vps server.
