    The website loads fine here.

    Seems like Buzzhost has some issues with their DNS settings.
    IMO, I would contact them to get this fixed.

    Contact buzzhost and ask them to fix this issue, happened to me once with another hosting.

    It's fixed. He just needs to make sure his DNS points to the right IP addresses if he uses custom nameservers or offsite DNS service.
