Well the best alternative you could do is use z-o-o-m uploader. The application has such setting so I don't think anything can be done with this. If not z-o-o-m then you need to use the Browser itself.

z00m is a good uploader app, but not for megaupload... especially when it comes to 1 click movie / tv show downloads, every MU uploader knows what I'm talking about.
