^^ I agree. except for the part "it wont happen to me". I know it might happen to anyone even me,but there are stupid admins that get caught and shut down easily and there are admins that will never get stopped like the pirate bay (even if it's not warez linking)

I don't think there are certain methods that can save you. you are the responsible for the illegal activity..they might catch you and never be able to take the site down (yes I love TPB story),or most likely if they catch you..you and your site will go down.

You can move to a host that ignores DMCA and /cares about USA and shit. that way the possibility of you and your site going down is very low especially if you're not from USA/UK/another shitty country that doesn't allow such activity.

And I'm not taking just to talk,the biggest example and The Pirate Bay (PRQ the host). you can also move to Russia (HostKey for example).

Dont know how much do they care about this DMCA and all Shit ....

I know US Servers generally dont allow warez
But My host said that they allow Warez Linking ....
