the site is charging ... 1 $ = 50 WTF

atleast if it would be 45 rs , it would be acceptable.

then some other provider on KWWH also accept indian bank transfer.btw, b/w in india is really expensive and so are the servers.+ peering to us/europe is like 2.5 out of 10..
so consider getting yourself a vps in europe,

your specs would cost you 2months of salary

Well i don't this you will get dedicated server at 2000 rupees as Blaze said but you can have windows vps / RDP within 2000 rupees.
