I have been monitoring filestube.com for a lot of time and no law suit found and is one of the biggest sites in the world. According to Alexa is ranked 120.. Are sites like filestube illegal? If filesube is legal then a ddl site is definitely legal.. rgiht? What if it was a ddl site but only accessible with free registering and have warez-bb.org dcma? What is the safest, "legal" kind of this type websites?

Filestube is a site that links to other sites which links to another site which hosts the content. That isn't illegal but due to their popularity I can see them becoming a target sooner or later anyway.
