You can't remove the watermark from the video, but you can crop out the watermark on the picture.

P.S. You can crop image with any image editor.

if we can put a watermark then i think we can change also
I think we can put our watermark on current watermark if we have a software to create a watermark

Watermark on the video is permanent. Unless you're just inserting an image via the flash player, that's not permanent. But as we all know, there's no need for a software when it comes to the video watermarking, you can just use ffmpeg.

How can you explain me

If its a psd/xcf multilayer file,and provided that the watermark is in a layer of its own,it can be removed.there are no reverse algorithms to remove watermarks atm

Yeah, that method works only for watermarks like the one he showed. Not the text watermarks, or the ones that are popping out or changing their position every few seconds/minutes.
