    i don't there's any filehost exist to your requirement but megaupload is same they have waiting time but only 23 secs and people loves Megaupload

    same goes with rapidshare! and mediafire they don't pay but still downloaders loves the filehost

    They have low rates (But pay without delay), awesome DL speeds for freebies, no waiting time and no captcha!

    In my opinon is a very nice host if you want to leave Megaupload without less money & popularity around the downloader?s community. Also it has very cheap prices for premium accs so it?s very easy to do sales.

    Sincerely , i can?t understand why there isn?t more file-hostings with this marketing tactic
