As I said, you're just 13 years old and you can't operate a business. At least not legally, and we don't want kids offering hosting around here. Hell, even 18-year-olds would be good, but 13 years? Come on man, you can't even register a domain name legally.

Tell your dad to stop doing that, if something goes wrong with the hosting people will call him to get the hosting, and he obviously wouldn't know what is it all about.
