If you haven't heard of flippa, I suggest you go and visit it.

I never have any trouble selling my websites for a good amount. Compared to what I'd even get on KWWH I'm able to blitz it on flippa.

You pay a $19 fee, and a 5% success fee, however mine always seem to sell and I'm making a great profit.

A website took me three days to install, and get it running. It cost me $21 USD overall, + $19 USD for the fee. I've sold it for $500 USD, same as ipirateit sold for $250 USD.

Give it a shot guys and girls, can't go wrong.

I've seen some warez sites get sold there, so I guess it's not an issue?

Warez is fine, however porn is the only thing not accepeted.

Flippa will warn anyone that puts a warez site up for sale, that it is copyrighted material but from what I've seen, and had people are more then happy to still purchase the websites.

Some high-end websites sell for well over $7,000,000 (seven million), pretty crazy but most of these guys do this for a living. Make a site that's a few days old, put some content in it then resell it.

You reach a much larger audience of real webmasters so of course there is a chance to sell it for more lol but yeah, flippa is cool.

Nothing beats ebay websites section back in the day. You could post anything and sell it. Even signing up for a free account with a shopping site for an affiliate site would sell.

Haha JJJ, I've just discovered it, can't believe I ever wasted time on digitalpoint etc trying to sell websites, hopefully others learn from my mistake and actually get what they deserve for their websites.

I've sold ebooks on how to successfully sell on Flippa and that was like a year ago, I've always thought it is practically a waste of time if you're not selling a site worth $1k+ but anyway it's up to you, a few $300-500 sites could be good as long as you're not wasting a stupid amount of time/money creating them so profit stays high as possible.
