Yes we are soon offering 1Gbps ports.
VPS package 1 would still remain $9.99 if it's unmanaged. We offer the managed service for free.
Our 1Gbps packages will cost an extra $4.99. This also includes the free managed service.

if you after quick support well sorry to say but alot of sites say 24/7 support and take 1-2days maybe more like shit santrex which i heard about alot

if you want quick support i suggest you go else where that cost more for the servers aswell
