Help required for kloxo default ftp account

as mentioned above the default ftp account i.e. kloxo cpanel login acc is not working well . all i get is "530 Login authentication failed
"
i tried creating another ftp acc for admin. but still same error. but if i create a client and use the test acc's ftp, it works fine.


pls need help .

You don't need to make a FTP User, you can directly login via
Hostname : IP
Login : domain.tld
Password : kloxoadminpassword

It saves you from adding a FTP user.

If you have added 123domain.com & 456domain.com in kloxo, then there are 2 FTPs made available automatically.
You just need to login using the domain name used. The password will remain same for both the domain FTP accounts.
