Ban log

I think KWWH should have a ban log like CrackingForum. It's really useful and prevents harassment of moderators from members wishing to know why their friend was banned.

I never used vbulletin before so excuse my ignorance, but this seems like it would be a stock feature

theres a lot of gtfos and fuck offs in our ban list (most of them done by me tbh)

We already have it, but it's only available for staff.

Yep. The ban log's only visible to the staff at the moment. I'm not sure why, but I guess eL has his reasons for that
