Also I have Apache already installed on my site. If I do it mRAzas way, will I need to do anything such as disable Apache? Or do I just run the batch script and everything should run fine?

There's a plugin for cPanel & Direct Admin to run/install Nginx

There's numerous solutions out there. I've used these before and they work fine. I can't tell you the differences (if any) between this one and the paid one.

There's probably numerous other ones I just can't think of them off hand.
