I'm looking for a good coder that can create an wordpress page, where all guests can send their posts to my wordpress blog.
All submissions will be saved as drafts, so I can approve later.

Submission page must have the following fields:
Title:
Post Area:
Categories:
Duration: <custom field>
Thumb: <custom field>

You should go on wordpress.org forums and ask there, someone might do that job for free.
