Hello,
I am planning to open a torrent site for my friends and me only !
I mean max 10 users ! Strictly private !
Will this be dangerous ? I mean... Look at all the current torrent sites are being closed .
Please tell me if there is risk from this even getting a fine of 1 $ .

Much bigger ones dont get fines or even shutdown if you know what your doing you wont get shutdown, with 10 people theres almost no risk of you getting shutdown/fined so your good to go man

if its private (I dont mean a Private Tracker with 100,000 Registrations, lol) use only.
It would be better if you don't allow users to register, NOR they can see the site like, Install it on an IP rather than a domain
