    Can someone please clarify how sites like tehparadox.com are hosted in the US and are still online?

    Also, will sites like this be affected by the new "Protect The IP Act" ?

    That's what I wanted to make sure of because i recently had to move to a US host because my Netherlands server died and I had no other choice.. My new hosting company is fine with warez linking and they told me as long as I comply with the DMCA Request once received they will not have a problem...
    I just found it kinda bizar that a site that big like tehparadox would be hosted in the US but I guess they are complying with the DMCA request...
