I had say try burstnet dedicated servers in your budget or instead team up with some guy to share 50% server each and get a good server

If you want that much Ram then I will advice DONT buy a vps, vps cant handle that much ram and crash easily

PS: Storming might be able to get you some good offers in chicago as well I guess so ask him as well

hmm.. you are asking for alot of ram from a vps, alot of servers come with less ram, let alone a vps.
