Google Penalty !

Guys i have some questions about Google Penalty Checker.

1. How on earth they are finding our sites. I mean, is it a bot ?? or are they finding us manually ??

2.Why the hell they didn't penalize FILESTUBE and DL4ALL ?

3.Do these sites (filestube and dl4all) use some internal codings to escape from this ???

4.Did any body in this site found the method they (google) use to find us using search generated pages and tag generated pages ?

5.Downarchive is already penalized and i guess the owner of that site is not aware of that.

Guys who knows the answer to these questions please reply.

1) all sites that are indexed on google is in the system.

Those tools are bullshit.

i assume you are using same tool. see here for proof yourself.

check google.co.uk if it is panelized there.

check if you site is panelized by typing site:yoursite.com in google site.
