There's definitely enough themes, mods and what not to fill it.

If there are enough mods for it then definitely, it'll also expand the the demand for mods and increase KWWHunctions traffic as it'll probably become the preliminary mod source for wcddl.

It'll also be more reason for webmasters to join here.

Honestly, it's a lot better to have 1 WCDDL section than 10x File host sections.
