Moving domain from one acc. to an other

Is it possible for me to move my domain from one account to an other account?
my domain provider is domainsite.com

LOL domainsite.com is a replica of name.com and i assume all features are same as name.com

So create a new a/c and then transfer the domains internally ... wont take more than 5 mins to get approved ( if staff is online )
