I post manually on wbb and a blog and use multi poster for some 20 other sites

Post manually to wbb then multipost some other big sites. Manual post = Respect. You can tell whether a multiposts or not.

Manual posting on the biggest boards will probably give you some nice hits. Build up a good reputation, etc.
