I installed the add on,and basically from what i understood you have to open a youtube page,and on the TAB click with the right part of your mouse click reload every and click enable,and basically the page reloads every 10 seconds or whatever time you choose.

EDIT: I uploaded a new video,and it works i am now 30 views,will report back in 10 min how much views it has generated.But i tried on a video of mine which had 15 000 views but it didn't work.So i think that this works for new videos only.
