for downloading an 100 mb file in an unlimited plan of BSNL i have to wait for 1 hr

I remember , few months ago i had got my internet connection hacked and i was using 2mbps unlimited for 0rs

The guy at the broadband forum claimed that the logged in and used 2mbps connection using the default password of his local exchange's office for one full year
It took one year to catch bsnl people's attention

but it some year back when there was no port binding
