Most probably that username and password is associated with the landline phone.So you cant use it with other phone numbers.

Bsnl does have port binding but not in all states

So even if it is working you are not allowed to do that .Its against their rule.it doesnt matter whether the other account is unlimited or not .

Still,the chance of getting caught are little as your friend wont be complaining about it

I remember , few months ago i had got my internet connection hacked and i was using 2mbps unlimited for 0rs
