only for site users to make them free to upload using rightclik. as now a days images are getting deleted.
using lulzimg, but i fear may be it also deletes images if it becomes as tinypic oneday

I got no idea about Scripteen script though. You need to look around and hire some coder to do it for you. If you have good coding language and how to work with FF add-ons you can do it i guess.
