AlertPay Verification Process

How long does it take to get verified by AlertPay? I've sent in all my company documents and etc and till this day (more than 10 business days), I am still waiting patiently to get verified.

Kinda long to wait for them to do the verification, right? What's your wait time to get verified?

I got my account verified in 2008 and it took around 20 days for me

I totally wonder... why do they have time to go over to forums and etc to give feedback and resolve questions/queries yet they do not have time to verify their customer's account.

Goodness can't they speed it up?
