Making a DDL?

I am making a DDL and I wanted to know the software everyone is using. They all have similar pages in the same format, is there some sort of script for this?

I have tried a forum and i know they are quite hard, i am going to give a DDL ago and see if i can do any better.

I know HTML, XHTML and CSS. I have a basic knowledge of PHP.

try the new WCDDL V3 by JmZ. get a good unique skin and a good domain. give your ddl some time and work on it

If you want my advise wait one week. WCDDL V3 is only 2 days old and in beta. I've started making modules/plugins for it but I've only 2 released. Their are no skins or themes yet available. In about one week time I hope to have 5-6 of the major plugins out and I think cyber-skins will have a few themes out by then. WCDDL V3 should also be out of Beta stage by then too.

The next best DDL Script is WCDDL Version 2 but if you start with that you'll only have to upgrade in 2-4 weeks time.

So ya wait a few more days.

My advice: try something different to all the current DDL's out there. The only way your DDL is going to be better is by making it stand out, don't make another clone. I cant stress this enough.
