Need help unknown error

I am getting 404 error while opening file altough i uploaded file to var/www/html/ bt i still get error don't know why is this happening also I have kloxo installed in the server

Also i am unable to access file while uploading from kloxo

i take it you have made a domain and stuff and made folders for the domains????

No there is domain and folder.I am trying to access them using ip of the server..This method is working with my 2 other servers(who don't have kloxo or cpanel) but getting error in this server(This server has kloxo)

yea kloxo doesnt really work well with that,there is a way around it tho.Add a domain,wait for the dns to update,map the ip to the domain and then u can use the domain for the site.

Make sure file have proper owner permissions.

ure screenshot doesnt say 404 error, it says not found.

you are either typping the wrong url, or ure file has a diferent location...
