i bought MP5,which had alot of bugs + non serious attitude of jayfella towards fixing bugs and rude attitude of replying towards questions so finally after 2 weeks of purchase i filed a dispute with pp,and also sent pm to jayfella to refund it himself,he cancelled the license the same day but havent refunded yet
whereas freddy's therma poster is simply awesome + his support is also awesome,no attitude like jay.

It is a universal rule with every service provider to disable access to the service they are providing you, immediately, when a dispute is initiated. I run a service myself, and I do that all the time. From then on, the provider has 2 options:
- Refund you via the dispute.
- Not refund you, and wait for the outcome.
It is up to the service provider to choose either of the two options based on whatever they think is right. Jay chose to not refund you and wait for the dispute outcome.
What happened beyond that, is something we can neither tie ourselves with nor intervene in. From that point on, you absolutely have to deal with Jay, and Jay himself.
