Hi guys whom do you think are the top dedicated servers provider at a cheap rates to another companies. Which are the original owners of datacenters. The sites which i know are
Softlayer
Leaseweb

Like viruz said, one is in europe and one in the US, they cannot be compared.
There isn't a single 'top provider' and never will be, everyone has benefits and drawbacks.
