Good morning, if you see an environmental/eco/green web hosting template for around $85 or less, please give me a heads up. Just the PSD's are ok, but I'd prefer it to be fully coded. If not, does anyone know any low cost designers that could make one of these cheap?

The hosting software I'm using is WHMCS so if your design is coded for WHMCS, that's a huge plus.

3 examples of what I'm looking for:

2) http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/29047.html (Awesome but sold to many times so far from unique)
3) http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-7061...-lighbulb.html I did buy those ".esp" files, but they are not in PSD's, just in ".eps" files so they can only load into Adobe Illistrator so might cost a lot to convert to PSD's
