Whats the difference between dedicated server and VPS?

I am a newbie to server selling.

I was selling servers through reseller servers but they are only web hosting ones.

I want to start rapidleech/RDP/sBorg selling something like that

I do know you need dedicated servers but i dont know whats it different from a VPS.

And also whats a good site to buy dedicated servers/VPS which allows rapidleech/sBorg or stuff like dat?

I dont know much about hosting but ill tell you the basic stuff I know

A VPS in like a refrigerator where you have your own space but you share it with 15 other fats kids.

A dedicated server is a refrigerator that is only yours and you can put your cake and no one else can eat it.

Semi-dedicated is just like shared hosting but with less users on the server which gives you a little more resources but is just shared hosting.

all of them are dedicated servere...but are called vps when shared. the number of users determineds the performance of it. more users means less resources for each user.

Please don't sell hosting if your asking these questions. Learn how to run a server first before selling. Too many people here already get screwed with hosting.
