How do I make paypal take from my current account balance?

i have problem with paypal
that when i want to buy any thing or send money to any one
the pay pal take the money from my credit card balance not from my paypal balance

how i can make him take the money from the paypal balance ???
cuz the credit card not fro me . it's my cousin credit card
and he 'll kick my ass if he knows that i'm using his money

any help plz ??????

Some purchases they will not. They are not stealing from you

click change payment method when you are paying for an item. If you're a verified member, account balance and/or bank account may be listed.

i'm verified but there is only one option in payment method which is credit card

are you Indian Paypal user? Paypal disabled using of account balance for Indian users.

no i'm not indian
actually the country in the account located in jordan
and as i said before there is no account balance option in the payment methods
there is only credit card
