It looks like this was patched in the latest VB release.


You need to
1.Update
2.Or ask your host to enable ini_set in php.ini
3.Or move Hosts

Create an php.ini file, add this in it:
disabled_functions =

Save.. upload..

Add this in your .htaccess:
suPHP_ConfigPath /home/yourcpanelusername/public_html

replace "yourcpanelusername" with the username of your cpanel.. save.. and error will be gone!

I know, upload the php.ini file to your root dir, which is public_html.

If ini_set is disabled, he can't use php.ini files.

Contact your host, we can't help.

On another note, there should be absolutely no reason for vB to require ini_set, if it's not 'fixed' in the latest release somebody should contact Jelsoft...
