    They have good content and no ratio restrictions. You don't even need an account to use their service. But you should really upload as much as, if not more than, you download because that's what torrents are all about - sharing is caring.

    I spent $25 on the freeleech option at IPT and can now maintain my ratio without too much trouble as torrents seed automatically.

    It seems to me that h33t.com is a public torrent tracker with all the negatives with it.
