What is your experience hosting warez linking site/forum/blog?

I have been doing warez linking blog for sometimes now. Surely, you need great passion and patience apart from just wanting to make money. I used to get suspended from some of ISPs, like WP, Lunarpage, not to mention some many more But as this is my pleasure for somehow I manage to just keep going even with a few cents and killing some of my life time

Now come to the point I wanna share for those who wanna come this far and fun part to not getting as hurt as I used to be:

1. Time is one thing, but passion is another: Make sure you are willing to loose
2. DO NOT Register your domain with Godaddy.com (they will just suspend you without notice). Use NameCheap for any domain!
3. Find at least 2 (two) good hosting which allow warez - this is the hardest part, so that you can also switch when you got suspended

So far, most people are safe with blogspot.com (DO NOT use their sub-domain, configure it to use your own domain), but not wordpress.com.

If you ask me, let's start with the hostings I have been committed so far - they are very affordable for a beginner and armature:

• 1and1.com, one of the very big ISPs (you have to do a completely solid Disclaimer and must be willing to remove any complained content). Never experience downtime with them for 1.5 (one and a half) year. Their support now is also quick.
• www.**************** (they are getting much and much better now, hope they won't oversell and will stay long with us.
• www.wrzhost.com (I experienced most downtimes while trying with them last month) is also well-known amongst warez webmaster. Hope you guy is doing better for a long long run.
• www.servage.net, this used to be the best for warez site, now it is running slow as hell! We are all awaiting for your resurrection asap, man!
  
  I have found these offers very interesting, and going to test them soon. If any of you experienced any of these, please share your comments:

• www.hostfresh.com, the one that is hosting the world #1 forum warez-bb.org. But I've heard that recently it's a bit down.
• www.ixwebhosting.com, I talked to their support, they said I could do warez-linking as long as there is no complain - maximum 3. So to this trick is to have a form installed in your site to obtain the complain before people shoot up to the ISP!

  Unluckily, they are now not giving a single database to test, .htaccess or such unless you one-time upgrade about $5-$9. One more they are now not allowing warez focus only, but you can test it - who knows???

4. Try to hide your identity as much as you can - sign up for a new email with false info (Gmail is best, I guess); if possible try to completely hide your domain & hosting provider info which most Domain Registra provide.

5. Construct your website if you want forum (phpbb3, SMF, VBulletin, IPB) or community (Joomla, Drupal, PhpFusion) or blog (Wordpress, TypePad). You can compare the features those CMS and BMS here.

6. Join in some cool communities like DG, Warez-bb, ForumW, KWWHunction, Pornbb and GamLoo to help and learn from those cool people. You can also ask for some advice of your site layout there, but make sure you post it in the right section - maybe in General Discussion Who knows, you may also get someone who is interested in joining with you!!!

In case, you don't like to build your site from zero, you can join with The Loo Family by taking their survey, or emailing the author to contributor your warez contents with them, so you can leave a back link to your site there to boost your traffic.

7. Sign in some ads servers like Adbrite, Bidvertiser, Chitika, TextLinkAds, Adsense (I don't recommend this as you are dealing with warez)

8. Explore some useful tools to help you succeed:

• Polldaddy, with your free account from PollDaddy you can now create surveys and polls for your website, blog and social network profiles.
• WidgetBox, make a widget today and share them with everyone.
• Feedburner, equip your site/blog with more option for visitors.
• GoogleAnalytics, e-designed to help you learn even more about where your visitors come from and how they interact with your site.

• StatCounter, function even more detail than Google Analytics, I guess.
• MyBlogLog, build tight integrity in your community site powered by Yahoo. > CLOSED
• WindowsLiveWriter, help you do quick posting to your blog and some CMS esp. Drupal.
• Collection List of File Hostings. Some of these are also useful: multiupload, Reupload (these two will automatically mirror your uploaded files to many popular hosting), Rapidshare Links Checker, helps you save tone of time to avoid from dead links, Katt.it, used to protect affiliate links, but most uploaders are using it to help protect their files links from being tracked back by the author. It is plain simple and clean for those who don't want to always code their links as this cannot be used for phishing.
• Facebook, an international social site that offers email, a forum, communities, videos and fan pages where you can use to promote your site! Wordpress.com is also good if you don't get caught!!!

Well, I think this months of research as my life of a warez webmaster will help you guys, newbies, get a pre-glance for what you are going to do. Hope to see any of others sharing their experience, esp. with a reliable hosting (I mean reliable, so please only if you have hosted with them for a year or so.

Stop promoting holland as a good place for warez
I have been in the warez scene for more than 7 years and almost every big warez/torrent site moved out of holland because you really get in trouble there,I've had servers in germany and holland(even str0s hosted there) also and I used to get a ton of abuse emails sent to me every day,this stopped the very same day I moved to Hongkong.
Ok,the speeds aren't as good but if you really care about the speeds,use a remote database and a load balancer and you will get excellent results.

hey what do you mean don't use blogspot sub domain for warez linking? I can use blogger as my host but i should use my own domain? Would they suspend my blog if i link warez using blogger as my host?

@jbisana17, yes with your own domain, it's more likely to stay longer and hidden.
