I am thinking of opening some contests in my sites and give some prizes...

I was thinking of giving
#1: - 1 free domain + 1 year free FFMpeg Hosting (25 Gb of Space / 500 Gb Bandwidth) - warez not allowed, adult allowed
#2: - 1 rapidshare / megaupload / megashares account
#3: - 1 free domain + 1 year free FFMpeg Hosting (10 Gb of Space / 100 Gb Bandwidth) - warez not allowed, adult allowed
For the first 3 members that reach 500 uploads on site. Would this be worth doing?

its a good idea but i checked your site and i think you should comstumize it a bit first . install a theme , ...

I am not talking about ccucu.net.
I will redo the site completely because it has errors after upgrading from phpBB2 to phpBB3.
Ccucu.Net will be still on phpBB3 but I am working on a custom theme and also some custom features
