    Anything suhel, just by playing basketball for like 2 hours will do it. But I'm much more serious when it comes to it and I think that's how people should do it.
    Anyway, it's important that you want to change not be like "ohhh another cardio workout, meehhh" you have to be excited and enjoy it.

    Only 10 min of cardio? Personally i'm jogging/running for hours. But that is probably only because i'm eating so much food. I'm going to participate in a marathon (42km) in a few weeks. I'm excited.
