how much time does it take for support to respond. there is no programs installed (filezilla, idm, winrar) and only admin can install em. I opened ticket 2.5h ago.

Knowinserver's staff lives in India and right now its night there. I doubt they'll answer your ticket anytime soon. You should wait.
