Plus, If you wanted to 'Sell' hosting of specific script like for example;
WordPress Hosting, There is a Softaculous - WHMCS Addon, That will auto install for you.
I use them, but I typically do manual installs myself and this is used for clients.EastsideHosting - (Web Hosting, Proxy Hosting, Reseller Program)
MediaONAIR - (SHOUTcast Servers, ICEcast Servers, Reseller Program)
Server Administrator - (Dedicated Servers, VPS Management, One Time Services)
ImgWiz - (Free Image Hosting)

I've used Fantastico twice, once for wordpress (Which I didn't see the point in doing so) and the second time was for an auto-install on a board which didn't work.
I never used it again.

Why not just unzip, upload, setup db and install?
A real webmaster does it manually, not using this.
