I read the whole conversation, and it really sucks that he ripped you off like this. But the most important rule is to not DEAL with people like him. I mean seriously, you noticed that he's from some city that's located God knows here + he owns some sort of a hacking site.

If he refuses to give you back the money, register "HelmiGheith.com" domain name, and put his address, phone number, email address, board url, etc.

Put that Chat log too, and people will see that he scammed you.
