Do I have a chance for changing back from filesonic elite to ppd again?

Recently a guy gave me an invitation and asked to join filesonic elite, I asked him if I join this could I still earn from "pay per download" anymore? He promised with twice YES!
Than I used the code he gave me.

But I just found I can't earn fro PPD anymore, anybody who got the same problem? How to change back?

Really need your help plz!
